We focus on precision CNC machining aluminum parts, offering
excellent strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and
machinability. Ideal for both structural and decorative
applications, our custom-machined components are commonly used in
automotive, electronics, and aerospace industries. Parts are
produced using multi-axis CNC lathes, ensuring tight tolerances
(±0.01mm), smooth finishes, and high repeatability. We support
complex features such as threads, undercuts, and curved surfaces.
Maximum machining diameter is up to Φ860mm, with wall thickness
down to 0.23mm. Custom finishes like anodizing or sandblasting are
available upon request.

►High-precision processing capability
Our CNC turning centers are equipped with multi-station turret or
power tool turret, featuring outstanding processing flexibility and
high efficiency. This equipment is suitable for processing parts
with various complex geometric structures, including straight,
inclined, arc-shaped contours, as well as various types of threads,
grooves, worm gears and other structures. The maximum processing
diameter of CNC machined parts can reach Φ860mm, and the thinnest
single product thickness can reach 0.23mm, meeting the diverse
processing requirements from heavy workpieces to ultra-thin
precision parts.
