Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), known as the "F4" in the industry,
has become an ideal material for many key application fields due to
its outstanding electrical insulation performance, excellent
high-temperature resistance and superior wear resistance. Given the
characteristic of PTFE being prone to deformation during
processing, we use professional processing fixtures to assist,
ensuring the stable processing of parts on precision CNC machining
machines, thereby achieving high-precision dimensional control and
excellent surface quality.
- Outstanding electrical insulation performance: Volume resistivity
> 10¹⁸ Ω·m, dielectric strength > 10 kV/mm
- Outstanding high-temperature resistance: The long-term operating
temperature range of PTFE parts processed by CNC is from -200°C to
+260°C
- Excellent wear resistance: The coefficient of friction is as low as
0.05-0.10
- Low water absorption rate: The water absorption rate is extremely
low, ensuring its dimensional stability and electrical performance
in humid environments.
